Terms of Service

1. Who we are

sultrai.com ("Sultrai", the "Service", "we", "us") is an AI companion entertainment platform: it lets adults chat with, and generate images of, fictional AI characters. Full operator details are available on request and will be published here in due course.

2. You must be 18 or older

Sultrai contains adult, sexually explicit material and is strictly for adults. You may only access or use the Service if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and it is legal for you to view adult content where you live. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may ask you to confirm your age and will terminate accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

3. Acceptance of these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy

To use the Service, create characters, chat, or generate any content, you must accept these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Acceptable Use Policy defines what you may not do or generate on Sultrai. If you do not agree to both documents, you may not use the Service.

4. Credits and payments

Access to certain features (such as generating additional messages or images) is metered using credits. Credits are prepaid digital goods purchased in advance. You buy credits through our third-party payment processors — today prepaid crypto top-ups via NOWPayments and card processing via CCBill — and spend them as you use the Service. Prices and credit costs are shown before purchase.

Because credits are digital goods delivered and consumed immediately, credits that have already been spent on generated content are non-refundable. Unused credit balances may be refundable at our discretion or where required by applicable consumer-protection law. We do not offer refunds for content you have chosen to generate, for dissatisfaction with fictional AI output, or where an account is terminated for violating these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a deposit or stored-value instrument.

5. AI-generated content is fictional and for entertainment

All characters on Sultrai are fictional, synthetic, and over 18. All chat, stories, and images are generated by AI for entertainment purposes only. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected, may not reflect real people, places, or events, and must not be relied on as advice of any kind. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the characters you create, and the content you generate, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in any way that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, and revoke access at any time if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law or a payment provider, or to protect the Service and its users. Content that breaches our rules is removed, and accounts responsible for it may be terminated without a refund of consumed credits. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how account deletion works.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@sultrai.com.
