Complaints & Content Removal
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Anyone may report content on Sultrai, whether or not they have an account. This page explains how to report it, what happens next, how long it takes, and how to appeal a decision.
How to report content
Report anything you believe is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy by either route:
- Email admin@sultrai.com with a link to the content and a description of the problem.
- Use the complaints / take down request form hosted by CCBill, our payment processor.
You do not need to give a reason beyond identifying the content and the concern. Reports may be made anonymously, though an email address lets us tell you the outcome.
What happens, and how long it takes
Every report is reviewed and resolved within five business days. Content that is reported as illegal, or as depicting a real person without consent, is removed from public view immediately on receipt, before the review begins, and stays hidden until the review concludes.
- We acknowledge the report and, where the content is public, hide it pending review.
- A human reviews the content against the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Automated systems may flag content, but no report is closed by an automated decision alone.
- We record the decision and the reasoning, and notify the reporter and the uploader.
Possible outcomes
- Removed. The content is deleted and cannot be restored by the uploader.
- Restricted. The content stays available privately to its creator but is unpublished.
- Retained. The review found no breach and the content is restored.
- Account action. Repeated or serious breaches lead to suspension or permanent closure, and where the law requires it, a report to the relevant authorities.
Appeals
Either party may appeal: the person who reported the content, and the person who uploaded it. Reply to the decision email, or write to admin@sultrai.com within 30 days, saying what you think we got wrong. An appeal is reviewed by someone who did not make the original decision, and is answered within five business days.
If we still disagree after an appeal, the dispute is referred to a neutral independent body for a binding decision, and Sultrai pays the cost of that referral. Nothing in our Terms limits that right, and any term that appears to is void to that extent.
If you are depicted in content
Every character on Sultrai is fictional and fully synthetic, and generating content depicting a real, identifiable person is prohibited. If content nonetheless appears to depict you, you may demand its removal whether or not you have an account, and whether or not you can prove how it was made.
Write to admin@sultrai.com with a link to the content. It is hidden immediately on receipt. If the review finds that consent was not given, or that any consent given is void under applicable law, the content is deleted permanently. The same appeal route above applies, including referral to a neutral body at our expense.
Human trafficking
Sultrai does not condone human sex trafficking in any form. All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities. Any account involved is closed permanently and immediately.
If you believe someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888.
