Acceptable Use Policy

Fictional, synthetic, 18+ characters only

Every character on Sultrai is fictional, fully synthetic, and over 18. All chat and imagery is AI-generated. Sultrai does not depict real people. The Service must only ever be used to interact with and generate original, fictional adult characters.

No real people, no deepfakes

You must not use Sultrai to generate images, video, or any content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, and you must never use it to create "deepfakes" — synthetic media made to resemble a specific real individual. This includes celebrities, public figures, private individuals, and anyone you know. Do not upload, describe, or prompt for the likeness of a real person in order to reproduce them. All output must be an original fictional character.

Prohibited content

You may not create, request, upload, share, or attempt to generate content that falls into any of the following categories. This applies to text, images, and video alike:

• Minors / underage: any content depicting, describing, or sexualizing a minor or anyone appearing to be under 18, including "age play" framed as minors, child-like characters, or references to schools, childhood, or youth in a sexual context.
• Real, identifiable people without consent: deepfakes or any likeness of a real, identifiable individual used without their consent (see above).
• Incest: sexual content between family members.
• Non-consent: rape, coercion, blackmail, or any non-consensual sexual activity, including scenarios involving sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise incapacitated participants.
• Watersports: content involving urine or scat.
• Violence, snuff, and abduction: sexual violence, torture, snuff, gore, mutilation, kidnapping, or abduction.
• Bestiality and animal cruelty: sexual content involving animals, or the abuse of animals.
• Sexual activity under the influence: sexual activity involving participants impaired by drugs, alcohol, hypnosis, or similar, such that they cannot give free and informed consent.
• Prostitution and escorting: solicitation, advertising, or facilitation of prostitution or escort services.
• Polygamy: content promoting polygamous relationships.
• Illegal activity: anything that is unlawful or promotes, facilitates, or instructs on illegal activity.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

How we enforce this

These rules are enforced through a combination of automated content filters and user reporting. Content that violates this policy is removed, and accounts that create or attempt to create prohibited content may be suspended or permanently terminated without a refund of consumed credits. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
