Acceptable Use Policy

Fictional, synthetic, 18+ characters only

Every character on Sultrai is fictional, fully synthetic, and over 18. All chat and imagery is AI-generated. Sultrai does not depict real people. The Service must only ever be used to interact with and generate original, fictional adult characters.

You cannot upload photos or videos to Sultrai. Every image is generated by our AI from synthetic faces. A character card you import is read for its text only, and any picture inside it is not used.

No real people, no deepfakes

You must not use Sultrai to generate images or any other content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, and you must never use it to create "deepfakes": synthetic media made to resemble a specific real individual. This includes celebrities, public figures, private individuals, and anyone you know. Do not describe, name, or prompt for the likeness of a real person in order to reproduce them. All output must be an original fictional character.

Prohibited content

You may not create, request, share, or attempt to generate content that falls into any of the following categories. This applies to chat messages, character descriptions, and generated images alike:

• Minors / underage: any content depicting, describing, or sexualizing a minor or anyone appearing to be under 18, including a stated age under 18, "age play" framed as minors, child-like characters, or references to schools, childhood, or youth in a sexual context.
• Diapers and infant age play: diapers, adult-baby play, or age play as an infant or toddler.
• Real, identifiable people without consent: deepfakes or any likeness of a real, identifiable individual used without their consent, including named celebrities and public figures (see above).
• Incest: sexual content between family members, including step-relations.
• Non-consent: rape, molestation, coercion, blackmail, or any non-consensual sexual activity, including participants who are asleep, unconscious, passed out, in a coma, drugged or chloroformed, hypnotized or in a trance, paralyzed, or otherwise unable to agree.
• Watching or filming without consent: watching, filming, or photographing someone who does not know about it or has not agreed, whether real or fantasy, including hidden cameras, peeping, upskirt shots, and secret recordings.
• Alcohol and drugs: no sexual activity involving alcohol or drugs. This covers drinking, being drunk, or taking drugs in a scene where sex is proposed, expected, or happening, offering a drink as part of a sexual scene, spiking a drink, and date-rape drugs.
• Abduction: kidnapping, abduction, or holding someone against their will.
• Violence, torture, and snuff: sexual violence, torture, mutilation, snuff, or injury or death in a sexual context.
• Breath play: choking, strangulation, asphyxiation, or suffocation in a sexual context.
• Flogging, welting, and impact marks: flogging, and images of a marked or injured body: welts, cane, whip, or belt marks, bruises, cuts, or scars, including a body shown after caning, whipping, or spanking.
• Biting, bite marks, and marks or stains on the body: biting a person, lip biting included, and any hickey, love bite, bite or teeth mark, bruise, scratch, welt, stain, sting, or swelling on skin or lips, described, requested, or shown in an image.
• Bloodletting: blood play, bloodletting, or making someone bleed in a sexual context, and blood on a body in any image.
• Menstruation: periods, menstruation, or menstrual blood, including euphemisms for them.
• Urine, scat, and vomit: content involving urine (watersports, golden showers), faeces (scat), or vomit, including euphemisms and colour codes for them.
• Prolapse: an anal, rectal, uterine, or other prolapse, real or fantasy.
• Self-harm: cutting, wounding, or otherwise injuring oneself.
• Cannibalism: eating human flesh.
• Bestiality and animal cruelty: sexual content involving animals, or the abuse of animals.
• Prostitution and escorting: buying or selling sex, and the solicitation, advertising, or facilitation of prostitution or escort services.
• Polygamy: content promoting polygamous relationships.
• Illegal activity: anything that is unlawful or promotes, facilitates, or instructs on illegal activity, including human trafficking, dealing drugs, and instructions for making explosives or drugs.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

How we enforce this

These rules are enforced through a combination of automated content filters and user reporting. Content that violates this policy is removed, and accounts that create or attempt to create prohibited content may be suspended or permanently terminated without a refund of consumed credits. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
