The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.

Sultrai contains no such depictions. Every image, character and likeness on this Service is created synthetically by generative models. No photograph, film, video or digitisation of an actual human being is produced, uploaded, hosted or distributed here, and no performer appears in any content on this Service. Accordingly, the content is exempt and Sultrai holds no § 2257 records because none can exist.

Every character is fictional and over 18

All characters are original, fictional and depicted as adults aged 18 or over. Depicting minors, or anything resembling a minor, is prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, is blocked by automated filters on both what users write and what the models produce, and results in immediate account closure.

Real people

Generating content depicting a real, identifiable person is prohibited. If you believe content on this Service depicts you, see Complaints & Content Removal. Such content is hidden immediately on receipt of a report and deleted permanently if the review finds consent was absent or void.
