Affiliate Terms

1. The program

sultrai.com ("Sultrai", "we", "us") runs an affiliate program in which you ("the affiliate") refer adult visitors to the site in return for a share of what they pay. Joining is by application. We may approve or decline any application, without giving a reason. You must be 18 or older and hold a Sultrai account.

2. Referrals

Once approved you receive a personal code. A visitor who reaches the site through your link (any page with ?via= and your code, or sultrai.com/go/ and your code) is remembered in their browser for 90 days. If they create a new account in that time, that account is bound to you for as long as it exists. The first affiliate who referred a visitor keeps them; an account is never moved to another affiliate. An account that existed before the visit is not a referral. Your own account, and accounts belonging to us, our reviewers or our test systems, are never referrals.

3. Commission

You earn 40% of the US dollar value of every settled payment made by an account bound to you: memberships, renewals, longer plans and credit packs, by card, crypto or Telegram Stars. Value in another currency is counted at the US dollar amount our records hold for it. When a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment before it becomes payable. We may withhold or cancel commissions on traffic that breaks these terms, and on payments we judge fraudulent.

4. Payouts

We pay once a month, when your payable balance is at least $50. A smaller balance carries over. You choose the method on your dashboard: USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) or bitcoin to a wallet address, or, on request, a bank transfer (SEPA in euros, or a wire in US dollars). You are responsible for giving correct details: a payment sent to the details you gave is final. Network fees and bank charges on your side are yours. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax on what you earn.

5. Allowed and forbidden promotion

You may promote Sultrai on your own websites, in social media, on community platforms within their own rules, to opt-in email lists, and through paid ads on adult traffic networks that accept AI companion offers. You must say that Sultrai is for adults (18+) and that its characters are fictional and AI-generated.

• No spam: no unsolicited email, messages, comments or forum posts.
• No misleading claims, fake reviews, or suggestion that the characters are real people.
• No creative that shows or suggests a minor, or a character that looks under 18.
• No bidding on Sultrai, its name or its misspellings in search ads, and no domains or accounts that imitate ours.
• No incentivized, forced, bot or fraudulent traffic: no pop-unders that open the site without a click, no paid clicks, no cookie stuffing.
• No traffic from sources that card networks do not accept, and nothing our Acceptable Use policy forbids.
• No sign-ups through your own link.

6. Ending

You may leave at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or end your participation at any time; if you broke these terms, commissions not yet paid are forfeited. Otherwise we pay what you earned up to the end, once the hold has passed, even below the minimum. We may change these terms; a change applies to payments made after it is published here.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which the operator of the Service is established, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of that state. Questions can be sent to admin@sultrai.com.
